Report a Problem

Own your home WiFi with the FidelityHOME app. Configure, diagnose, and optimize your home network directly from your smart device without having to call for tech support.

The app functions in conjunction with supported Hitron gateways and requires an internet subscription with Fidelity Communications. Please note that the app will not be able to log in if your device is not connected to the Hitron gateway.

Overview: Gain direct access to your network's vital details, such as connected devices and troubleshooting alerts.

Speed Test: Verify not only the speed of your broadband connection but also directly to your device. If encountering a slow-down, you can easily identify the cause.

My Devices: Review all devices connected to your network, from phones and tablets to smart TVs and thermostats.

My WiFi: Forgot your WiFi password? Easily update it or share it with your guests.

Troubleshoot: Are some devices in your home experiencing slow speeds? FidelityHOME & your gateway automatically detect potential performance and security issues, leading you through the resolution process step by step.

Parental Controls: Set specific WiFi restrictions for the kids, like no WiFi after 9 PM on weekdays.

SweetSpots: A "metal detector" for your WiFi that tracks signal strength as you move around your home to discover and resolve any potential dead spots you may have.
